1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Return Window: You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for a refund.

2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return items without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to Aniwonderland sending an incorrect item.
3.2 Return Label: If your return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
4.2 Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days after the returned item(s) are received and approved. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods

6. Exchanges
6.1 Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
7.1 Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue.
7.2 Resolution: We will provide a store credit for defective items but are not responsible for shipping damages caused by the delivery carrier (contact the shipping carrier directly).
